Arnold, Klaus and Martina

Biography

Klaus and Martina Arnold are global missionaries for the Church of the Nazarene.  They are serving on the Eurasia Region at the European Nazarene College.  Klaus is the rector (president).  Martina is the music director.

Klaus graduated from European Nazarene College with a B.A. degree in 1985 and from Nazarene Theological Seminary with his M.Div. in 1989.  He is a Doctor of Theology candidate with the Ernst-Moritz-Arndt Universität Greifswald, Germany.  Martina graduated from European Nazarene College with a focus on church music and from the Haus- und Landwirtschaftliche Schule Radolfzell, Germany with a degree in home economics.

Prior to their missionary appointment, they had served the Church of the Nazarene pastoring in Germany from 1988-1993.  Since their early studies at European Nazarene College, they felt a call to preach and teach in Europe.  “God and the church have helped us in the preparation for that call, and we are glad to fulfill this call at our alma mater.  It is our vision that the gospel of full salvation be spread throughout Europe and beyond and we believe that European Nazarene College plays a vital role in this. “

They have two grown daughters, Dorothee Morris (married to Jacob Morris, working and residing in Nashville, TN) and Kathrin Arnold, who serves in a church planting project in Mainz, Germany.
