Williams, Joshua and Amber
Biography
Joshua Williams is a special assignment missionary with the Church of the Nazarene. He, his wife Amber, and children Jesse and Kaelyn are living in the Northwest United States. His current assignment is to develop and implement technologies that help missionaries communicate with each other and communicate the Gospel to a world that desperately needs to hear about the grace and love of God. In addition, he continues to provide technical support to the Regional Office.
Joshua graduated from Northwest Nazarene University in 1996 with a B.A. in Biblical literature. In 2003, he graduated from Nazarene Theological Seminary with a master’s of divinity degree. Joshua has served as the Information Technology director at Nazarene Theological Seminary, children’s pastor in Tumwater, Washington, and as children’s pastor at Kansas City First Church of the Nazarene.
Amber received a B.A. degree from Northwest Nazarene University in 1997. She has served in children’s ministries as the set designer and painter for annual stage productions and as a nursery worker.
Together they served for three years as teachers and administrators of a small Christian school in Pilar, Argentina. During that time, Joshua also provided technical support for the South America Regional Office.
